⏱️ Return Window
- Kuwait (Local): Returns accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
- International: Returns accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
📦 Return Conduction
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- All accessories, charms, and tags must be included

Receipt or proof of purchase is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
🚚 Return Shipping Cost
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the item arrives damaged or defective, Šumivé will cover the return shipping costs
🔁 Exchanges
Exchanges are available depending on item availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons:
- Personalized/custom items
- Sale/clearance items

Used or damaged items not due to our error
Are not eligible for return or exchange.

Approved refunds will be issued:
- As store credit

after the returned item is inspected and approved.
