⏱️ Return Window

  • Kuwait (Local): Returns accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • International: Returns accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

 

📦 Return Conduction

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • All accessories, charms, and tags must be included
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required
    Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

 

 


🚚 Return Shipping Cost

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the item arrives damaged or defective, Šumivé will cover the return shipping costs

 

🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are available depending on item availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons:

  • Personalized/custom items
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
    Are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

💳 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued:

  • As store credit
  • Or to the original payment method
    after the returned item is inspected and approved.

 

🛠️ Damaged or Wrong Order?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours
  • Include your order number + photo/video proof
    We’ll take care of it immediately 💗
